NORTHILL

A design to highlight the original buildings appearance, while expanding its floor space to create a functional kitchen / living area. The extension successfully frames the captivating Cambridgeshire landscape, due to the careful placement of bi-fold doors and flanking windows. 

EATON SOCON

Sat in a conservation area, this property delights in its older quirks such as the brick chimneys breasts and exposed timber beams. The key here was to show off these features, developing a design that would harmonise with the original building.

ST NEOTS

Within a built-up conservation area, the challenge was to find the space for an open plan kitchen/diner in a relatively small plot. Extending out the rear and providing ample light and large openings to the garden, this design more than succeeds in providing a fantastic space for the family to enjoy
