Case Study 1

Single and Two Storey Extension

Service – design, planning and full project management

This 1890s home in a conservation area was in need of renovating and a bit more space. The two up two down had a flat roofed extension when the bathroom was made integral and had no upstairs bathroom; this was going to be one important new feature this home needed. Along with the upstairs bathroom requirement the kitchen area also needed improving, as it was central to the house it was acting at a corridor more than a kitchen. The new extension made this little house into a functioning family home by extending the sitting room and kitchen and adding a utility room on the ground floor and a dressing room and wet room off the master bedroom on the first floor.
